Prodigy Clean Energy

Prodigy Clean Energy is a company that designs transportable nuclear power plants: a facility that packages a microreactor or small modular reactor from another vendor, is built and outfitted in a factory such as a shipyard, and is shipped to site ready for fuelling and commissioning. It says this avoids the cost and delay of on-site construction. It has announced a project with the Pabineau and Eel River Bar First Nations in New Brunswick to deploy what it calls Canada's first transportable nuclear power plant.
