Slovenské elektrárne is the Bratislava-based electricity company that succeeded Slovakia's former state monopoly. According to Slovak Wikipedia it operates two nuclear power plants, Bohunice and Mochovce, along with two solar and 31 hydroelectric plants, with 4,128.8 MW installed at the end of 2022. Its majority owner, with 66%, is Slovak Power Holding, now wholly owned by the Czech group EPH; the Slovak state holds the remaining 34%.
