Fair dealing — identification

A third party's copyrighted image shown at reduced size to identify what an organisation makes, with attribution and a link to the source. Weaker than trademark-nominative use, which covers logos: a mark may be reproduced to name its owner, whereas a product photograph is a creative work and its use rests on fair dealing or fair use. Recorded distinctly so these can be found and removed on request.
