National Tsing Hua University (NTHU) is a public research university in Hsinchu, Taiwan. Founded in Peking in 1911, it was re-established in Taiwan in 1956, beginning as an institute for nuclear science and technology, and it keeps a College of Nuclear Science. Its Nuclear Science and Technology Development Center runs the Tsing Hua Open-pool Reactor (THOR), which it uses for teaching and training, research, isotope production, neutron irradiation, non-destructive testing and boron neutron capture therapy, a form of cancer treatment. Wikipedia's list of research reactors records THOR as a 2 MW reactor operating since 1961.
