Linde Kryotechnik is a Swiss subsidiary of Linde plc, the industrial gases and engineering group. From its production centre in Pfungen, near Winterthur and Zurich, it plans, designs and builds helium and hydrogen liquefiers and refrigerators working between 80 kelvin (−193 °C) and 1.5 kelvin (−271.5 °C). Helium plants of this kind cool superconducting equipment, and the company says its customers include research laboratories and universities. It also provides services over a plant's whole life. Its parent Linde is listed as an affiliate member of the Fusion Industry Association.
