BHAVINI

Bharatiya Nabhikiya Vidyut Nigam Limited (BHAVINI) is a company wholly owned by the Government of India and run under the Department of Atomic Energy, incorporated on 22 October 2003. Its purpose is to build, commission and operate fast breeder reactors, in which fast neutrons breed new fissile material, beginning with the 500 MWe Prototype Fast Breeder Reactor at Kalpakkam, 70 km from Chennai. Wikipedia describes the reactor as still under construction; once it produces power commercially, BHAVINI will be India's second nuclear utility after the Nuclear Power Corporation of India.
