Energy Fuels is a Canadian-domiciled uranium mining and processing company headquartered in Colorado, established in 2006. It operates the White Mesa uranium mill in Blanding, Utah, which it describes as the only conventional uranium mill in the US, and mines including Pinyon Plain, near the Grand Canyon, and La Sal in Utah; Wikipedia reports that it produced more than half of US uranium output from 2018 to 2023. It has also begun processing monazite at White Mesa to produce rare earth oxides, and is developing vanadium and medical isotope production at the same site.
