Peak Nano is a US materials company in Ohio, with facilities in Valley View and Macedonia, that makes NanoPlex films by nanolayer coextrusion, a process that stacks many very thin polymer layers into a single film. Its main products are dielectric films for capacitors, which it sells for power grid equipment, data centres, electric vehicles and pulsed-power systems. For fusion it markets capacitor films for inertial and magnetic confinement machines, including capacitors for impedance-matched Marx generators, the pulsed power drivers used in some pulser-driven fusion designs. It also sells films for food packaging.
