Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG) is a publicly traded energy company based in Newark, New Jersey, founded in 1985 with roots in 1903, whose largest subsidiary is the regulated New Jersey utility PSE&G. Its subsidiary PSEG Nuclear operates three reactors at two sites in Lower Alloways Creek Township, New Jersey: it owns Hope Creek and 57% of Salem. It also co-owns the Peach Bottom plant in Pennsylvania with Exelon, which operates it.
