The IAEA World Survey of Fusion Devices lists the "University of Nevada" as the operator of ZEBRA, a pulsed-power machine for Z-pinch experiments, in which a very large, brief electric current squeezes a column of plasma. The University of Nevada, Reno is a public land-grant research university founded in 1874. The survey entry does not name a campus, and the sources we opened do not tie ZEBRA to a specific one, so this record keeps the survey's name.
