Vistra Corp. is an electricity retail and power generation company based in Irving, Texas, formed in 2016 when the Texas Competitive Electric Holdings group emerged from bankruptcy. Wikipedia describes it as the largest competitive power generator in the US, with about 39 GW of gas, coal, nuclear, solar and battery capacity. The company says it has signed 20-year power purchase agreements to supply more than 2,600 MW from three of its nuclear plants to Meta, including 433 MW of planned power increases.
