Also known as NAGOYA UNIVERSITY
Nagoya University is a Japanese national research university in Nagoya, established in 1939 as the last of the nine Imperial Universities. The IAEA World Survey of Fusion Devices lists it as the operator of two small tokamaks, HYBTOK-II and TOKASTAR-2, both recorded there as operating. The survey is our only source for this record, and it gives no further detail about the university's fusion programme.
