Also known as NIHON UNIVERSITY

Nihon University is a large private university in Japan, founded as Nihon Law School in 1889, with most of its campuses in and around Tokyo. The IAEA World Survey of Fusion Devices lists it as the operator of FAT-CM, a field-reversed configuration device (a compact ring of plasma held largely by currents flowing in the plasma itself), recorded there as operating. The survey is our only source for its fusion work.
