TVEL Fuel Company is the Rosatom-owned nuclear fuel cycle company headquartered in Moscow, operating since 1996. It works mainly in uranium enrichment and fuel fabrication through subsidiaries including the Elektrostal machine-building plant, the Novosibirsk Plant of Chemical Concentrates and the Angarsk, Zelenogorsk, Siberian and Ural enrichment plants. Wikipedia says TVEL fuel runs 73 power reactors and 30 research reactors worldwide, and that it is developing the TVS-K fuel assembly for Western-designed reactors, trialled at Ringhals in Sweden.
