Hadron Energy is a US company founded in July 2024 to build light-water micro modular reactors. Its Halo design produces 10 MWe per module, uses uranium dioxide fuel pellets and is meant to be factory built and moved by truck or rail. The company says the Nuclear Regulatory Commission accepted its quality assurance programme topical report for review in October 2025. It completed a merger with the special purpose acquisition company GigCapital7 and trades on Nasdaq under the ticker HDRN; its September 2026 SEC filing gives its principal executive offices as Redwood City, California.
