Innoven Energy is a US company, founded in 2010 according to the IAEA, that works on laser-driven inertial fusion. It proposes a laser architecture based on krypton fluoride (KrF) lasers that compresses long pulses into nanosecond pulses at low cost, drawing on its team's earlier work on KrF lasers in US government programmes. Through its STARBURST platform it develops manufacturing methods for inertial fusion targets and designs for power plants. The IAEA's 2022 survey lists its device as planned.
