KEPCO Engineering & Construction (KEPCO E&C), formerly KOPEC, is a South Korean power plant design and engineering company founded in 1975 as a public enterprise and now a subsidiary of Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO). Wikipedia credits it with designing 14 nuclear power plants using its own technology, including the development of the APR-1400 large pressurised water reactor. It also designs BANDI, a pressurised water reactor of 60 MW of electricity whose main intended use, according to the IAEA's 2024 catalogue of small reactors, is floating nuclear power plants for remote communities.
